We have absolutely all plastic materials used in the orthopaedic sector: from the plastics used to make a foot orthosis with polypropylene, to those used for high-density polyethylene cheneau corsets, to copolymers and the softest and most flexible plastics for the manufacture of any type of orthopaedic prosthesis.
The polyethylenes and polypropylenes in our catalogue are our own manufactured plastics.
HIGHLIGHTS
Our homopolymer polypropylene (PP-H) has a technical difference that makes it unique: it keeps precisely the shape of the mould, whatever the size, and the orthopaedic part does not deform when demoulded.
PROTEOSTIFF, our modified polypropylene for prosthetic sockets has no shrinkage, no shrinkage when heated. In fact, all of our plastics have excellent oven behaviour, which allows them to be highly mouldable.
