SHOCKICEL®

HIGHLY VERSATILE FOAMS AND COMPOSITES

Under the name SHOCKICEL®, and after many years of development and collaboration between our technicians and chemists, we present two ranges of our own, foams and composites.

That was more than 15 years ago.

But, of course, we don't stop there.

Since then, and always taking into account the comments and suggestions of our customers, our materials are constantly being revised and reformulated, achieving great results in use.

They are, without a doubt, highly adaptable products that are widely used in the sector.

We are especially proud of RED MEMORY, one of our best-selling products, and we have introduced its most updated version in 2024.

SHOCKICEL® FOAMS

Currently, especially in Europe, which avoids imports from the United States, the best option (both technically and economically) is microcellular polyurethane (known as PPT) or the one manufactured by the U.S. Rogers Corporation.

HIGHLIGHTS

➤ Currently, major distributors and insole manufacturers in Europe have incorporated our SHOCKICEL® foams to treat diabetic feet in particular, as well as shock absorption foams.
➤ Unlike polyurethane, SHOCKICEL® foams do not require a sanded face to be bonded to other materials.

SHOCKICEL® COMPOSITES

Our family of composites tries to cover all the needs and demands in this material.

We offer different versions, from the most economical to the most sophisticated, which is made of 100% carbon.

HIGHLIGHTS

➤ As a great novelty, we have incorporated the 0.75mm composite, which makes it possible to mold very thin insoles without the need to use reinforcing resins, but ensuring a semi-rigid, flexible and unbreakable insole.
